Enrico Macias（法国）是一位歌唱家、作曲家，同时也是一位人权活动家，于1997年被任命为联合国和平使者，他支持众多非政府组织和人权群众运动。其音乐作品反映出他对推动人权、和平与忍让的热情支持，并引起公众对全球难民所处困境的关注。Macias先生出生于阿尔及利亚，他深知难民因失去祖国、家庭、朋友而感受到的痛苦。30多年前，他本人作为一个难民背井离乡，移居法国。1979年，埃及与以色列签订历史性的和平协议后不久，埃及总统安瓦尔?萨达特即邀请他在一场和平音乐会上演唱。
