1.2k Followers这是一队来自美国加州伯克利的独立摇滚乐团，后转移到纽约布鲁克林发展。之前被人们所熟悉的名字是The Morning Benders。今年3月25日，他们宣布更名为POP ETC。成军于2005年的POP ETC于2008年发行第一张专辑Talking Through Tin Cans，之后曾给诸多知名音乐人包括Broken Bells、Grizzly Bear、The Kooks、Black Keys和Death Cab for Cutie做过巡演嘉宾。对于他们2010年在Rough Trade出版的专辑Big Echo，Pitchfork曾评之为“最好的新音乐”，并打出8.2的高分。乐队将于8月在美国展开一系列巡演。
