I spent two years climbing a mountain

I spent two years climbing to It's heights

I got so good at climbing that mountain

I unfastened my harness

And let go of my lines

Staked my flag at the top

Of that mountain

The rocks all crumbled

And I fell through the sky

Spent six months dropping to

The valley below

To the rocks and river

Where you'd figure I would die

But no

I lived three months underwater

Thinking I'd miraculously survived

I could see the danger above

But I did not falter

Falter falter falter

When I came up to breathe

I died
