淡谷 のり子（あわや のりこ、1907年8月12日 - 1999年9月22日）は、青森県青森市出身の女性歌手。 本名：淡谷 のり（あわや のり）[1]。日本のシャンソン界の先駆者であり、ブルースと名の付く歌謡曲を何曲も出した由縁から「ブルースの女王」と呼ばれた。叔父は元社会党の代議士・淡谷悠蔵。身長150.3cm。
