罗军，一个对生活充满了希望并且为梦想而坚持不懈的“音乐”人。 1999年因为对音乐的热爱，和身边的好朋友组建了问号乐队，创作了不少的原创音乐，得到了一致的好评。 2005年签约广州艺扬唱片公司并发表了人生第一张专辑《寻找迷失的美丽》。 在音乐的海洋里，罗军在生活中寻找灵感，不断创新。 他说：想活成什么样和坚持相关，用没有如果的态度，过只有精彩的人生。 可以说他唱出了很多当代彝族青年一代对生活的热爱和向往。
