146 FollowersTeam H是韩国影星张根硕与韩流歌手Big Brother组建的摇滚组合。组合组建于2011年5月份。所谓的H指的是张根硕的母校－汉阳大学，由张根硕和好友兼韩国著名DJ BIG BROTHER共组而成。TEAM H首次的演出就献给了汉阳大学，所以取名《Lounge H》也是为了纪念当时的处女秀。
