董雪平，中国内地优秀青年演员，上海戏剧学院2001级戏曲表演系毕业，上戏毕业后进入上海京剧院，工张（君秋）派青衣，师从张派表演艺术家王婉华，她嗓音明亮、、表演大方。常演剧目有《西厢记》、《望江亭》、《状元媒》、《秦香莲》、《祭塔》等。曾获“纪念张君秋大师诞辰85周年”张派艺术新人评选展演张派新秀奖。
