WISE（ワイズ、1979年8月10日 - 、本名：亀山 晴児）は日本のヒップホップミュージシャン。クリエイター集団風の人所属。日本語と英語を操るバイリンガルMCとして活動。2005年にはビートメーカーSONPUBとのユニット「WISE`N'SONPUB」を、RIP SLYMEのRYO-ZとILMARI、m-floのVERBALらと「TERIYAKI BOYZ」を結成。2007年、シングル『Shine like a star』でメジャーデビュー。アーティスト名は本名の晴児（せいじ）の英語風綴り sage の意（賢者 a wise man ）から。
