出道20周年达明一派选择在香港大游行纪念日子推出新专辑《The Party》，是他们解散后首张全新大碟。继之前的强力主打「寂寞的人有福了」，碟内新歌「O女郎」意识大胆，内容主要描写一众办公室女郎白天感沉闷，但入夜后希望得到解放的心态，歌词中并谈及张曼玉及梁朝伟等名字在内。另一新歌「假大空」，则反映人们心目中的假话、空话和大话。随碟附上Bonus Track两首。
