这一个歌名是来自经典电影《Groundhog Day》，而此电影亦是「Time Loop」电影系列的始祖； 《Groundhog Day》正正是开启Time Loop 系列先河的代表作，剧集 “Russian Doll”以及另一套经典电影“Edge of Tomorrow”亦是由其启发。 无独有偶，Time loop 系列故事都与「无限循环」的概念有关。而当身处time loop时，会不断经历重复的事情，就算在周而复始的循环中逃出失败或死亡，当中慨人物都不会放弃继续，寻找走出循环的过程。 创作初期，Wyman、Carl 叔叔和我在讨论歌曲主题的过程中，发现大家是「Time Loop」系列的Fans后，不断在讨论过程中分享各自喜爱的系列戏剧及电影； 而最后，我地都一致决定用“Time Loop” 作为今次嘅主题！ 而《土拨鼠之日》这首歌想说的… 人生正是个无限循环， 我们彼此都不断在找寻方法去突破， 「死而复生，回到原点，再重新开始。」 无论失败多少次， 仍愿意不断尝试。 歌曲里面所说的，都是我们想送给每一位的寄予。
