前言: 

在庸碌繁忙的都市生活中，觅得片刻休憩的时间。让疲惫的心灵，跟随展翅的候鸟，飞向广阔天空的西北方，找寻一方迷人的乐土。苍茫矗立的天山山脉，将这块土地紧紧拥抱在自己的胸怀中，为它遮去了最严酷的寒风。消融的冰川，自云端飞驰而下，化作千百条河流，雕琢出曲折的峡谷，哺育着丰茂的草原。彪悍的骏马，自绵延的林海中奔驰而过。成群的牛羊，摇着铜铃踏过湖畔的薄雾。盛放的花朵，在青翠的田野中编织绚烂的彩带。比花儿更靓丽的姑娘，在蔚蓝的天空下唱起宛转的歌谣。
伊犁，因伊犁河得名。地处天山怀抱，气候湿润，草原辽阔森林茂密，河流纵横，湖泊湛蓝，物种丰富。这里自然风光壮观秀美，民族文化丰富多彩，文化遗存源远流长，地理位置得天独厚，生态环境保护良好。伊犁历史文化悠久，是古丝绸之路北线的重要通道，是东西方文化，多民族文化交融荟萃之地。壮阔奇绝的草原风光和自由奔放的游牧文化在这里融合交汇，创造出一个以鲜花和歌声点缀的大美世界。如今，它已经成为众多民族聚居的幸福家园。哈萨克族、汉族、维吾尔族、回族、蒙古族、锡伯族等47个民族长期聚居、相互交融，衍生出各具特色的歌舞、饮食、服饰文化，共同孕育了集草原游牧、屯垦戍边、民族民俗等多元素于一体的中华文化。

In the hustle and bustle of urban life, let us find a moment to rest. Allow your weary soul to follow the migrating birds as they spread their wings and soar towards the vast northwest sky, seeking a captivating paradise. The towering Mount Tianshan range tightly embraces this land, shielding it from the harshest winds. Melting glaciers hurtle down from the clouds, transforming into countless rivers that carve out winding canyons and nurture lush grasslands. Bold horses gallop through the expansive forests. Herds of cattle and sheep, jingling their copper bells, tread through the mist by the lakeside. Blooming flowers weave vibrant ribbons in the verdant fields. Girls who are more radiant than flowers sing melodious songs under the blue sky.
Ili, named after the Ili River, lies cradled by the Mount Tianshan. Its humid climate nurtures vast grasslands, dense forests, winding rivers, azure lakes, and rich biodiversity. The region boasts majestic natural landscapes, diverse ethnic cultures, and well-preserved historical relics. With its strategic location and pristine ecology, Ili has long served as a vital artery of the ancient Silk Road’s northern route. It is a confluence of Eastern and Western cultures and diverse ethnic traditions. Here, where boundless grasslands meet free-spirited nomadic culture, a realm of floral beauty and melodic songs unfolds. Today, it stands as a harmonious home for 47 ethnic groups - Kazak, Han, Uyghur, Hui, Mongolian, and Xibe- whose vibrant cultures of dance, cuisine, and attire have integrated into a unique Chinese cultural tapestry blending pastoral nomadism, frontier settlement, and ethnic traditions.
Throughout the ages, the vibrant and colorful songs echoing across this vast expanse of the world have been the most natural way for people to express their inner emotions. In the past, when transportation was limited and communication was obstructed, songs floated across boundless wilderness, flew over towering mountains, chronicling beautiful and moving legends, and conveying deep longing to distant lovers and friends. In the thriving modern life, songs take people back to cherished memories of hard work, express love for their hometown where they have settled, and embody hopes for a better future.
