Duduzile Tsobane Singer\ song writer Age 27 9 – 10 years’ Experience I am a wife and new mommy, born again Christian that loves the Lord, a worshiper and a business woman. I am a worship leader in Alleluia Ministries International under past Alph Lukau. I have worked with a number of artists both local and international. A recording artist, I will be releasing my debut album in April. I started my professional singing in 2004 with the award winning gospel group in Joyous Celebration. I’ve been part of the group ever since and this was my introduction to professional singing and performance. I sang with Joyous celebration for 3 years before I could get the confidence to sing lead. My first lead was in Joyous 13 where I did a duet with Kgotso, I went further on to sing my own solo in Joyous 14 and 15. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the greatest award winning artist both domestic and internationally. I am currently running a corporate gifts company, i also brand clothing and gifts. Malaika 2005 – 2007(Backing vocalist) I started working with Malaika from the year 2005 as a backing vocalist and in the years I worked with them I managed to get exposure to a different genre of music, we parted ways in 2007 Ntokozo Mbambo 2006(Recording) I was fortunate to be part of the recording of Ntokozo Mbambo’s live recorded album in 2006 which also made a great contribution to my experience and exposure in music. Nelson Mandela 46664 event 2008 (House Band) In 2007 I got a chance to be part of a house band for both local and International artist in the Nelson Mandela 46664 event, it was the first time I performed with international artists and a great learning curve for me. Pastor Donnie McClurkin – Africa Tour 2008 (House Band) 2008 was my year of international exposure as I went on to form part of the house band for the great Bishop and gospel great Donnie McClurkin in his Africa tour. Brian McKnight Concert 2008 (House Band) It did not end there, Brian McKnight came to S.A and I once again formed part of the house band for his performance which was my first exposure to international rhythm and blues. 2008 was my year of learning and exposure to different genres and platforms; it even gave me the confidence to do my first duet in Joyous Celebration. Pastor Elias Ndeda and Judith Sephuma 2009 (Recording) In 2009 I got an opportunity to form part of Judith Sephuma and Pastor Ndeda’s album. It was a great experience and I learned a lot from them and the experience. Then I went on to do my first solo with Joyous Celebration and joined one of the Afro jazz greats, Theo Kgosinkwe as part of his band which I’m still in currently. Hugh Masekela 2010 (Recording) As I move up in my journey as a singer I worked with the legendary Hugh Masekela on his latest project as a session musician and I managed to do another solo with Joyous Celebration. I managed to travel the world through my singing and have really gained lots of experience and grown incredibly.
