[홍창우 Project Sixth Story] - '첫눈' 홍창우 프로젝트 앨범의 Sixth Story는 포스트맨 신지후(Shin Jihu)가 참여하였다. 2010년, 보컬리스트 성태와 함께 보컬 듀오 포스트맨을 결성했으며 '신촌을 못가'를 통해 가온차트 월간 1위를 달성하면서 대중의 사랑을 받았다. 이후 '술이 너보다 낫더라', ' I`m OK (Feat. 허타)', '몇 번을 놓아도' 등의 싱글을 발표하면서 활발한 활동을 이어가면서 포스트맨 특유의 감성으로 대중들의 마음을 흔들며 큰 사랑을 받았다. 최근에는 트바로티 ‘김호중’의 정규 1집 [우리家]가의 타이틀 곡 "만개"의 프로듀서로 활약하기도 하였다. [첫눈]은 홍창우와 '이승철', 슈퍼주니어 '규현', '나비', '지아', EXID 등 실력파 뮤지션들과 호흡을 맞춰온 인기 작곡가 4번타자가 합심하여 만든 곡이다. 첫눈이 내릴 때 생각나는 헤어진 연인에 대한 이별과 그리움을 담아낸 곡이다. 웅장한 스트링과 기타, 피아노의 선율 그리고 포스트맨 신지후의 애절한 보이스가 더해져 올 겨울 많은 사람들의 귀를 따뜻하게 녹여 줄 것으로 보여진다.
