《中二病人》是香港独立乐队Zpecial与唱作人周国贤于2021年9月15日联手推出的粤语单曲，由周国贤与Zpecial共同谱曲，Oscar填词，赖映彤联合编曲并监制。创作灵感源自日本“中二病”概念——那种青春期“自大又自卑、自命不凡又异常庸俗”的矛盾状态。编曲融合80年代复古合成器与当代迷幻电子，前奏模块合成器营造异想空间，副歌多层和声叠加戏剧张力，尾奏失真吉他让情绪彻底释放。主唱康聪与周国贤采用对话式声线，一青涩一张扬，呈现“中二”与“后中二”的跨世代视角，在自嘲与坚守之间为都市青年留下一句“仍然快乐、仍然喜爱、仍然自由”的青春注脚。
