Her forthcoming English single, "Can’t Stop This Party" is a hypnotizing, moody pop and R&B track. She explores an otherworldly experience, with her alluring but gentle melodies. In a dissociative tale, she croons about leaving behind her troubles and grief in lieu of the being in the moment. "I always try to transform something ordinary in our life into something extraordinary and my songs reflect that," Seori says. Born Baek Sohyun, Seori was writing and composing her own material at 19 years old, but it wasn't until she launched her YouTube channel in 2019 that she started to gain the attention of global audiences thanks to the popularity of her cover videos, which went viral in South Korea. These soothing takes not only boosted her confidence as a singer, but also helped Seori make a name for herself online, where she cultivated a dedicated following. The Seoul-based artist released her debut EP "?depacse ohw" in May 2020. The six tracks, each written and composed by Seori in a mix of Korean and English, contain her ruminations about life and escapism. Seori has since gained support from the likes of Stray Kidz and more. She was featured on Big Hit Music supergroup, Tomorrow X Together (TXT)’s hit single “0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)”, from their album “The Chaos Chapter: Freeze”. A star on the rise, her stage in front of a 30,000 crowd Head in the Clouds festival is one of Seori’s highlight performances.
