First let's begin by sitting down on the floor and breathing deeply

Hello everybody

It's time to do some yoga

Before we get started

Let's take time to breathe

Breathe in

Breathe out

Breathe in

Breathe out

Very good

Now that we are ready

Let's pretend to be a mountain

Stretch hold and breathe

What a beautiful mountain

That's great

Now let's change positions and pretend to be a tree

Balance hold breathe

What a beautiful tree you are

Good job

Now pretend to be a dog

Stretch hold breathe

Wonderful

What a cute little doggy

Let's finish by pretending to be a butterfly sitting on a leaf

Be calm sit up nice and straight and breathe

Very good

Goodbye everybody

We've finished with our yoga

We'll see you tomorrow
