I watch the drifters march in desperation

They're so self assured towards their destination

In a crowd of busy bodies

I'm still on vacation

With no plan to return from my imagination

We've all been taught to try and find a way to make it

But I'm too bored and tired to find a way to fake it

I'm forever at the mercy of these strange fascinations

And it it might be lonely but

I know I'm not the only

The plastic facade is much too overrated
