Internal crash took up seconds and stole his years which are hard to earn back

You keep bringing him flowers while he sleeps the whole day through

You lift an arm you lift a leg

And they don't move but he's still here

And everyday he tries and he'll adjust fine

As long as you let him through he'll do a lot more than you

It's hard to keep driving back with no progress that you can see

Yes there are little moments

Mainly it's bland cubed carrots

Strapped in a chair on wheels the view outside just makes him sigh

I already fought a war
