Afshin Toufighian

When it comes to music that enchants, pianist and composer Afshin Toufighian fills the atmosphere with beautiful melodies that elevate the spirits of the listener.  His music has received a number of praises from audiences all around the world, and his technical skills have won him a number of state-wide and national awards.  His performances have been wonderfully acclaimed in Germany, England, China, Japan, and the U.S. nationwide.  He has also contributed his music to a number of independent films.
For Afshin the process of creation usually begins on the piano, from which ideas will usually mold into various forms of instrumentation and potentially evolve into a variety of styles such as large symphonic arrangements, or smaller ensembles, sometimes with a percussive back-beat, or perhaps purely electronic and synthesized sounds. Oftentimes the idea will remain as a solo piano piece, a single instrumental voice representing the essential foundation of the composition. In the end, all the music he writes, is completely true and loyal to his mind and heart and functions as a mere reflection of its attributes.

Ali Youssefi

Afshin Toufighian is a Classically-trained musician who developed his craft as a pianist and composer from a young age. His studies carried him through his university years, after which he began working in an industry scoring films and video games, writing songs, and designing sounds. His has given live performances in North America, Europe and Asia.

Many define Afshin’s recorded piano works as uplifting and devotional in nature, and at times powerful and complex. He has released works written for solo piano, ensembles, orchestra, electronic music, and has written and arranged songs.

Ali Youssefi was born in the United States, but grew up in Chile. He went on to pursue a degree in Music Therapy in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After 4 years he moved to the United States, where little by litte, and mainly inspired by the Baha’i writings, he started discovering a passion for music composition and performance.

Since then he has released two albums, and has had a chance to collaborate with many amazing musicians around the globe.
Having been exposed to many cultures, Ali’s music is a rich acoustic blend of styles, through which he seeks to inspire and uplift the hearts.
