When it comes to music that enchants, pianist and composer Afshin Toufighian fills the atmosphere with beautiful melodies that elevate the spirits of the listener. For Afshin the process of creation usually begins on the piano, from which ideas will usually mold into various forms of instrumentation and potentially evolve into a variety of styles such as large symphonic arrangements, or smaller ensembles, sometimes with a percussive back-beat, or perhaps purely electronic and synthesized sounds.
