SuperDay 本地的独立乐队，于2002春天组成，成员几经变动，约2004年成员固定为三男一女的阵容，音乐风格以简单的pop-punk再加上可爱的主唱为主，亦有一些清新的indie rock作品。歌曲较着重于旋律和歌词，歌词多以生活迭事或有趣故事来带出我们的讯息。没有愤世嫉俗的叫喊，只有生活的点滴，希望听到的人得到共鸣，讲的故事来得可爱、可笑，或许可以令人带来另一番领会…… 让你知道愤怒原来可以这么可爱。
