 Rachael Boyd is an electro-acoustic artist from Belfast who started off experimenting with home recording projects on her violin, piano and guitar. Her music has been described as "tragic yet powerful and mesmerising with hushed vocals, bittersweet piano and electronic flourishes". Live, she operates loopstations and electronics along with fellow string players and on occasion a full band. She released her first EP 'Back In Your Box' through Eleven Eleven label in late 2011 and is due to release her next EP in early 2013
