4 Followers何大河，原名何仕豪，1994年4月1日出生于浙江省湖州市，中国民谣男歌手，毕业于美国南加州大学。 2015年，推出首张个人EP专辑《汉河谣》，从而开启了他的歌唱生涯。2016年，参加原创音乐真人秀节目《中国好歌曲第三季》，其演唱的歌曲《猪老三》获得年度十大金曲。同年，相继推出个人EP专辑《不知》《再见老三》。2017年，入围第6届阿比鹿音乐奖年度民谣音乐人奖。同年，推出第4张个人EP专辑《安心，也孤独》。2018年10月21日，参加的2018“简单生活节”在武汉蔡甸区花博汇举办。
