朱兴明，大专毕业，系中国音乐著作权协会会员，山东临沂人。代表作《老碾》、《醉红尘》、《沉醉红尘》、《兄弟情如酒》等。发行歌曲《醉红尘》、《实实在在山东汉》《一念》等，为山东盛日电力集团写的企业歌曲《盛日之光》作曲被采用，给新疆富蕴县法院作曲的【守望和谐】被采用，歌曲【德州，我幸福的家乡】获得山东德州市庆祝建市20周年征歌作曲三等奖。歌曲《老碾》入选临沂沂南县春晚节目。作曲的《热血铸军魂》获得第一届信仰的力量征歌三等奖。2017年作曲的《老碾》获得沂蒙文艺奖二等奖，作曲的《我的家乡有多美》获得大美临沂征歌三等奖。2018年歌曲《兰陵农园真的很美》获征集歌曲优秀奖。
