17 Followers蔡明仁，1993年9月7日出生，马来西亚华裔歌手，出生于马来西亚南部（柔佛州，Johor），7岁开始在新加坡念书到高中及服完两年兵役。高中毕业后因喜欢华语流行音乐及深受偶像周杰伦的影响才立志想要从事流行音乐产业，退伍后来到台北求学，主修流行音乐，2020年成为台北城市科技大学流行音乐系首届毕业生。2021年7月，发行个人首张专辑《蔡明仁同名专辑》，由金曲制作人薛忠铭担任配唱制作，正式出道。2018年蔡明仁的音乐才华便崭露头角，他的创作歌曲《爱，存在》，受到恩师薛忠铭制作人赏识推荐，成为戏剧教母柴智屏所制作的《新流星花园》电视剧之片尾曲，由于戏剧人气加持，《爱，存在》爆红成网路神曲，在网络上累积破1300万点阅及小视频软件9亿次观看的惊人成绩。
