祁静，1998年7月19日出生于上海市，中国内地女演员，女子偶像团体SNH48七期生，SNH48 Team X成员。 2016年9月15日，成为SNH48七期生；10月2日，以剧场公演的形式正式出道，并加入SNH48 Team X。2018年7月28日，参加“砥砺前行”SNH48 GROUP第五届偶像年度人气总决选，获得第64名。代表作品有《少女侦探社》。
