李若天，1997年9月2日出生，中国内地男歌手，男子演唱组合TANGRAM成员。 2016年12月10日与上海香蕉计划演出经纪有限公司签约。2018年10月14日，发布首支出道单曲《Radiant》，并在北京完成出道舞台首秀。2018年参加了网综《偶像练习生》。2019年4月3日，随所在组合TANGRAM发布第三支单曲《陪在你身边》。8月3日，随香蕉娱乐家族演唱会专辑《我们的演唱会》，9月9日，随香蕉娱乐家族演唱会专辑《我们的演唱会》发布《Deja You》。2021年1月，参演电视剧《世界上最动听的你》。2021年4月31号发布首张单曲《是你》，随后9月2号发布《她》《goodbye》两首单曲。
