38 FollowersJQT组合是由GP Entertainment选拔的4名少女组成的组合。 J=四位女孩的名字里都有的字 Q=QUALITY(品质)，寓意将展出她们“出色的音质、内涵” T=QUARTET(四重唱) 其中朴敏贞（辰）、李智恩（子）、朴佳晶（巳）曾在2005年以13人女子团体「I-13」出道，比较特别的是以12地支来命名的（第13为“模”），另外的一名成员是当练习生2年多，并且是200比1的竞争率中，从甄选会里脱颖而出的周敏善。
