《秘密》是香港歌手李蕙敏的第三张大碟，在1995年7月19日推出。专辑第一主打歌是《秘密》，而第二主打歌为《（你没有）好结果》，此曲令她更上一层，成了她的首本名曲。这张《秘密》曾逗留IFPI唱片销量榜14周之久，占两周冠军，自此专辑起，Amanda的唱片专辑均可占据IFPI唱片销售榜冠军位置，有一定销售保证。《（你没有）好结果》一曲更为她首夺该年“十大劲歌金曲奖”及“十大中文金曲奖”两个重要奖项。
