Tiny Griffi, the new unit of DÉ DÉ MOUSE and Jazz Hiphop maestro Shin-Ski, has released its second single "Tsubaki Flowering"!
After dropping the "Rainbowtime EP", DÉ DÉ MOUSE and Shin-Ski have started a new project called "Tiny Griffi", and have released their second single "Tsubaki Flowering" following "Rainbowtime no Shonen". Flowering" is a one-of-a-kind chill flower with a tropical hop intro, sparkling percussion, mellow electric piano and jazz guitar, and a beautiful melody with a cut-up voice!
The artwork, which captures the fantasy of a winter night, is by Muscat, as on the previous album.

Tiny Griffi, the unique chill unit of DÉ DÉ MOUSE and Shin-Ski, has released its second album, Flowery Breaks, a distinctive jazz-hip-hop album with a floral theme.

The album opens with an extended version of "Migratory Birds," a single brimming with liberation and euphoria, inviting listeners to a new world of possibilities.  Tracks like "Lovely Floewery," "Dreamer," "Stars, Shadows," and "Saturday, Friday" evoke golden-era abstract hip-hop, featuring memorable vocal sample melodies.  "Saturday, Friday" also has a psychedelic, Boards of Canada-esque feel.  The album also features "Everything," a gospel-infused track with Chicago rapper AzMattic (a friend of Shin-Ski), and "Night Birds," an oriental ballad trip-hop piece that acts as a companion piece to "Migratory Birds."  Flowery Breaks is an ambient and singular jazz-hip-hop album, overflowing with a love for 90s hip-hop, and surpassing their debut album, Dawn Milky.

Tiny Griffi, the unique chill unit by DÉ DÉ MOUSE, who continues a non-stop release of music, and beat maestro Shin-Ski, who keeps dropping good vibes jazz hip-hop at an unrelenting pace, enters a new phase! They are releasing their 4th single "Migratory Birds"!

This oriental trip-hop track features a sparkling toy piano that heralds a new beginning, harmonies that evoke an endless blue sky, oriental cut-up vocal melodies that seem to have been passed down from ancient times, and breakbeats reminiscent of Wagon Christ in the 90s UK scene, all coming together in an aggressive way!

The 1st EP "Rainbowtime" is about a rainbow at dusk, the 2nd EP "Camellia Night Flowering" is about a camellia blooming at midnight, the 3rd single "Sweety Chant" is about dawn, and the new song "Silky Dawn Chorus Dawwap" is about a dawn chorus spreading in the silky sky at dawn. The third single "Sweety Chant" is about the dawn, and "Dawn Chorus Doo-wop" is a chill beat album full of melody and humor!
A girl who has been looking at the other world from inside her room has jumped out into the wide world by her own will, and the sense of openness and fantasy is in full bloom.

Healing synthesizers, Pygmy pan flute sampling, African percussion, Indonesian voice cut-ups, boom-bap beats and oriental strings create a moving, multinational / stateless mix of midnight starry skies and milky morning skies. Healing lo-fi hip hop!

If the first EP "Rainbowtime EP" was a fantasy of summer dusk with the keyword "rainbow", this EP is a winter midnight fantasy with the keyword "camellia".
If "1st EP "Rainbowtime EP" is a summer sunset fantasy with rainbows as the key word, then this release is a winter midnight fantasy with camellias as the key word. The "Mr Wonka's Chocolate" is a humorous and extremely colorful chill psychedelia created by collaged children's voices, and the "Goodnight Tomorrow" is a superb ambient track with a piano melody reminiscent of Satie and choir synths that slowly flow like the night atmosphere, and the fantastic pop lo-fi hip-hop!

DÉ DÉ MOUSE, who continues to work with voice cut-ups and melody cut-ups, and Shin-Ski, who has been active under various names such as Shinsight Trio and ALMA DE STELLA and continues to drop light Jazz Hiphop, have collaborated to produce this EP!
