人从出生到懂事，会有几年是无忧无虑的快乐时光，天大的事情总有人扛着，但走在成长路上，我们总因为种种原因，走上曲折的路。近年青少年的情绪健康引起社会高度关注，培养及提升他们乐观积极的正能量，尤其重要。洪卓立的新歌《冲破》，作为香港青年协会「Project STEP─青少年情绪健康计划」主题曲，正是希望以音乐鼓励青少年认识及妥善管理情绪。 压力不可怕，可怕的是不会克服它，Ken并非得个唱字，在初出道时期，自己便经历过压力过大的问题，洪卓立：「自己刚入行的时候，都曾经或多或少在情绪上遇到问题，当时连自己都不知道，幸好有同事察觉，慢慢教晓我跟朋友跟家人分享自己的感受，学习减压。」歌词当中就有这样一句︰「长夜如歌难得有你伴我在诉说感慨」每人都有管好自己情绪的方法，有自己的抒发渠道，有需要时其实可以寻找专业人士的协助。 「只要你愿意，其实什么事情都有解决方法，什么都可以"冲破"。」ken说。 一首充满朝气的励志歌，带着一种充满拼劲的感染力，趁着新学年开始，就为一众年轻人加油，放轻松面对开学月。
