<< Artificial / Wield >>挥别以往沉浸式的恬静低调节奏，内容围绕「未来」和「庆典」两大主题，透过戏剧性的壮硕编曲张力，试图将赛博庞克幻想中的混沌勾绘出来，再转化成对未来的想像与反思。人造的大脑在取得意识瞬间所涌现的无限想法，同时间发现自己终究不是人类带来的矛盾碰撞，进而打造成多样而层次丰沛的歌曲。

Indietronica，融合氛围、世界、低音、民族、仪式 >>> 震动、皎洁、内化、释放、希望、配乐式的非典型电子进行。

「当灵魂成为无负重的重量，幻觉成为轻盈的轻装，在祈求某种希望的路上，手上的花束枝叶或法器刀剑可以幻化成任何东西，挥舞它们拨开薄暮，每一次的爆炸都可以见到森罗万象。」

「Detector」

烟雾、朦胧、模糊的视线、意识的抽离，代表「Detector」整体概念与目的地，无色、无形、无我，可以进入最深层的精神世界与体验。
「Detector」是种确认、也是未知，是一天的感触，也是一个世纪的日记，可以回顾过去的答案，探索真实与迷幻、遇见实物或灵魂。
「Detector」是种检测、也是期待，秉持着微言大义且没有标准答案的主旨，我们在未知的世界与人生会发现到什么，什么是可以感知且超越时空的东西。
没有过多的介绍和解释，且用心去感应，感应它是透明色的，透明色会黏着在你身上，希望它是什么就会是什么，偶而平和、偶尔起舞，这是探测。

使用各种乐风手法Ambient、Breakcore、Synth、Granular的混合体，使用了大量残留下来的样本，尝试出壮观且「一团糟」的音乐结合。
Sky Healing 瞬间失速与瞬间缓慢，让“Epiphany 吴承瑾”声音样本冲上云顶，“Kalabebe”献声的 Puff of Smoke，彷彿身处在浓厚的云烟之间。
加上Break Beat节奏，反而有股迷蒙且目眩的滞重感，Private Plant 开场的大风，歌曲故事中彷彿伫立在一望无尽的旷野，Day 1 到 Planetarium，
情绪上的矛盾搭配厚重的舞曲结构，从开始起舞到停下躯体的，Mid air Disintegration 和 Digital Ghost 快速的breakcore结构，接近空中解体，
如梦似幻的咏唱，化作在空气间穿梭的游魂。Drop Experience 使用来自***的“忐忑集TenderG”的采样来营造奇妙的对比效果，扭曲的星散声道，
Staircase Rave的电子冲击，Bed is a Boat落雨般的结局，撕裂柔和的梦幻音乐。

Wring Out Laura : 
掺入实验性不规则概念，不想轻易被任何曲风归类定义，
大量使用反向、故障、随机、扭曲、粒子、各式舞曲种类翻玩节奏、参杂过度处理的原声鼓组，
突破混音常理的声音摆设，混搭着常见的流行音色与实验声响交织，
丰富呈现听觉感受不出的材质感，创作出前所未有的电子音乐分类。

Detector

『卧室音乐人？』Wring Out Laura在如此严峻的时间与哀恸中完成了「Flame Thrower」专辑，褪去无意义的曲风定位，焚烧灰烬中新生的Wring Out Laura重新审视实验电子的美学底蕴，跳脱地域限制慢慢磨出反映时代且足够深刻的创作哲学。

实验音乐（Experimental music）不只是撷取声响拼贴。必须先彻底熟悉素材，再进行拣选与运用，以细致精巧的本质与别具魅力的前卫样貌屡屡打量听众。《Brontides》的提取无常与演绎如常、《Signs》从一连串的摸索中找到定位并且送行、《没有你Feat. April Red红》独树一格的情感捕捉与理性思辩。整张专辑精巧利用平衡和冲突交错堆叠，听觉暂留的残响促使听众对于声音有了更多的渴求。

电子音乐（Electronic music）的印象，刚好反映出这张专辑的相反思路，首波单曲《Willow Feat. ALFA》对逝者的思念、在《She's Dead Feat. Kalabebe》中看到面对死亡的思考、还有《Reincarnate Feat.周穆》对轮回与生命议题的总结。正如同专辑名「Flame Thrower」所想表达的一样，在冷冽的电子声响、与环境音取样中也可以达到电子音乐所没有的高温。《God Particle》、《Are You Hoping For a Miracle？》、《Having No Fun Feat. Epiphany吴承瑾》之中，温柔与暴力的相互呼应。更彰显了专辑中的思想与冲突，炙热与情感。

感染力、煽动性、癫狂燃烧这三大主轴组成了「Flame Thrower」，宇宙、神、生命这三大题目也定位了「Flame Thrower」，略显失真的音色已经成为了本专辑最有代表的声音名片。对于害怕停滞不前的近几年，总想求新求变的Wring Out Laura，在首张专辑『Medic』发行后疫情混乱的这两年，世界的变动和压力，思考生命与信仰的目的，诠释了艺术的永恒仅是通往未来的某个接点。

『我们总是思考这些的意义是什么，活着究竟是科学还是信仰所导致的，如果真有神他是善良的还是邪恶的？他是怎么样的一个存在，如果这世界没有意识，那由谁来观测这个宇宙？想着想着也就忘了自己到底是什么了。』

“Bedroom artist？”Wring Out Laura completed his album，Flame Thrower in such grim and sorrowful times.Removing the meaningless genre positioning，Wring Out Laura rose from the ashes and reexamined the aesthetics of experimental electronic music，meanwhile breaking out of the territorial restrictions and defining a philosophy that is a profound embodiment of the age that we live in.

Experimental music is not just about snipping and piecing together sounds.One must know their materials well，then proceed with selecting and utilizing the materials.Only then can one captivate the listeners with the delicate essence and refined presence of experimental music.“Brontides”extracts the impermanence of life and interprets the permanence；“Signs”guides you on a search for positioning and then comes departure；“没有你Feat. April Red红”uniquely speculates sense and captures sensibility.This album is a clash between balance and conflicts.The resonance of sounds leaves the listeners yearning more.

This album is the exact opposite of the usual perception of electronic music.The first single“Willow Feat. ALFA”expresses the loving thoughts for the deceased；“She’s Dead Feat. Kalabebe”is thought-provoking around issues regarding death；“Reincarnate Feat.周穆”summarizes issues around life and reincarnation.Just like the name of the album，Flame Thrower，samples of electronic and ambient sounds can ignite scorching flames.“God Particle”，“Are You Hoping For a Miracle？”，and“Having No Fun Feat. Epiphany吴承瑾”demonstrate the correspondence between tenderness and violence，and further establishes the thoughts，the conflicts，the heat，and the emotions within the album.

Infectivity，Incitation，and Madness are the three core aspects of Flame Thrower.Universe，God，and Life are the three topics that defined Flame Thrower.It’s as if the slightly distorted tone of the album has become a business card that’s in the form of sounds.Seeking change and innovation 2 years after the release of his first album Medic，Wring Out Laura pondered the meaning of change，pressure，life，and religion during the recent affrighted and stagnant years.Under the chaos of the pandemic，he decided to interpret the permanence of art as a junction to the future.

“We’ve always pondered the meaning of everything. Are we alive for science or religion？If there really is a God looking over us，is He good or evil？What sort of being is God？If there is no conscious on earth，who will be watching over this universe？It seems that we gradually forget who we really are as we contemplate these questions.”
