THE GAME SHOP drops their latest single, "FUNKY VIBRATION feat. Kyotaro Katsuragi."

Featured guest Kyotaro Katsuragi is a bassist who rose from the streets of Japan to the global stage. Known worldwide as the "Samurai Bassist of Japan," his street performances and viral videos have gained over 20 million views. He has performed live both in Japan and abroad, created music for commercials and films, joined the project RED ORCA, and in 2025 launched his new band RAW EXPERIENCE.

In this track, THE GAME SHOP's driving electro sound fuses with Katsuragi's powerful bass, creating a funky anthem that will move both the dance floor and streaming listeners alike.

A charismatic bassist has joined a bass-less band!

The new bass groove creates a new frontier of dance-rock music.
The collaboration EP with KenKen, the bassist from "RIZE", the essential band of the Japanese mixture rock scene that restarted its activities after years of hiatus in 2023, has been completed! 
Last year, we shared the stage with Kenken at the "FMX Showcase" during the event of "CHIMERA GAMES", Japan's largest entertainment festival.
We expressed the excitement and worldview of this moment through extreme rock music in the song "Higher feat KenKen" released on May 10th.
In the other songs of this EP, we incorporated KenKen's bass giving groovy and heavy elements on songs released in the past, resulting in an EP innovative and exudes a dynamism unlike anything before.
