The title, "Rendezvous," has a double meaning: the exciting feeling of going to meet someone you want to see, and the docking of two spacecraft. 

The song was written and performed by mekakushe, with arrangement by Ryohei Sataka. The final result is a pop tune with a superb blend of electronic and organic sounds.

On July 26, her birthday, mekakushe will release a new song titled "Eternally Emerald"!
This electro tune evokes the feeling of floating in an emerald-colored pool, filled with hope yet tinged with sadness.
The song was arranged by Tomggg, who has provided music for a wide range of artists both in Japan and overseas, including Daoko and Shelhiel.

After the ending theme "Retronym of Love" and the episode 7 insert song "My Own Polaris", mekakushe, a next-generation singer-songwriter, will sing her third song to be used in this anime.
Written by mekakushe and arranged by Ryohei Sataka (Hifumi, Inc.), "You Wanna Mellow" is an ennui pop song that describes the complicated feelings of a woman's heart.
