【青年噪音计划】是草台回声2016年发起的独立音乐计划，旨在发掘具有独特音乐风格的青年之声，从音乐制作，企划，全球数位发行，线上推广，线下活动等方面帮助年轻音乐人发声。草台回声【青年噪音计划】在2016年推出的第一张合辑《Nerd Noise》（那儿的声音）是以Shoegaze（自赏盯鞋），Noise pop（噪音流行），Alternative Rock（另类摇滚）为主要风格，收录了9支乐队的10首优秀作品，更特别邀请到专业制作团队为这张唱片赋予独立与另类的声音美学，合辑发行后受到良好的行业反馈。今年，草台回声【青年噪音计划】即将热力推介Math-Rock（数学摇滚）的优秀乐队，并将于2017年12月19日全球全网数位发行《Nerd Noise Ⅱ》首张数摇合辑。本次【青年噪音计划】从6月起至12月，历经将近半年的大浪淘沙，通过招募、发掘与邀请的方式收录了7支低调但出彩的独立数摇乐队的9首优秀作品，包括大象体操（TW）、无高潮（广州）、Eat Sleep Recycle（HK）、She Never Sings Our Songs（北京）、Trip Fuel （合肥）、Lennox（墨尔本）、闷饼Moonband（肇庆），其中部分为未公开作品。本次合辑制作由后海大鲨鱼的鼓手小武操刀全盘重混，并送往英国伦敦Metropolis Studios由工程师Tim Young进行母带处理，音乐品质较第一张合辑又有了很大的提升。草台回声将会继续【青年噪音计划】以发掘优秀青年之声，请大家持续关注。
