《咖啡厅》是一首轻松甜美的爱情小曲，由我和Margareta Simanjaya随意哼唱间创作而成。歌词描绘了一场温柔而悸动的邂逅——在咖啡厅里，那个人穿着白衬衫、带着迷人微笑，一步步走近，悄悄闯入心扉。从不经意的心跳到深深的眷恋，这首歌记录了恋爱中的悸动与幸福。

这首歌融入了伊班语、卡达山语以及其他我们在马来西亚日常生活中经常听到的语言。马来西亚是一个多元种族的国家，不仅语言丰富多彩，混血儿文化也非常普遍。我们希望通过这首歌，向土著族群分享农历文化的美丽与深意，同时也展示混血儿文化交织的独特魅力，并让更多人感受到不同族群之间的和谐与共鸣。

This song is inspired by our unique cultural identities. I am mixed of Chinese and Rungus heritage, while Peter is mixed of Chinese and Iban descent. The song blends Iban, Kadazan, and other languages commonly spoken in our daily lives here in Malaysia. Malaysia is a beautifully diverse country, rich in linguistic variety with a vibrant presence of mixed-heritage cultures. Through this song, we hope to share the beauty and significance of Lunar New Year traditions with indigenous communities, while celebrating the unique charm of mixed marriage cultures.
