This night could not be wished to be the last

The crooked and the wretched march

In a lingering crimson mist

Twisted creatures of mistrust

The grip of sanity weakens

The songs have been sung

The beauty of motherhood vanishes

The vessels of avarice return

When the inner eye closes

Fertility and harvest wither

When the fire-beast swallows

We learn to love the dying day

The mother returns

The sun is healing

The wisdom unites

The horns are resounding
