Sandy Bob and Buster Jiggs

Had a round-up camp last fall

Well they started out at the Kentucky Bar

Now Buster Jigg was a reata man

With his rawhide coiled up neat

He shook it out and he built him a loop

Well they stretches him out and they tails him down

While the running-irons were getting hot

And they cropped and swallow-forked his ears

And they branded him up a lot

And left there here pick night black jack cold

But for this life to a little pin oak

Tied ten knots in his tail for a joke

Now when you're high in the Sierry Peaks

It's just the Devil himself
