Mxolisi Brain Majozi is a South African actor, rapper, record producer, songwriter as well as a musician who was born on 19 May in the year 1976 in Ntuzuma, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Popular with the stage name Zuluboy, he has worked with many legendary South African hip hop artists, such as Uncle Sam, Sjava, Takie Ndou, Roddy Rich, Maseven, Master KG, ProKid, and many more. Zuluboy started singing at a very young age, and by the time he grew up, his love and passion for music boosted. He used to take part in music competitions which were held in school and he also has performed at festivals, parties in college festivals, local choirs, and many more places. Zulu Boy started his career in 2006 with his debut song Zulu Boy, which became a huge hit and gained him a huge fanbase in South African as well as from outside the country. Post the success of this track, Zulu Boy dropped his debut studio album that involved many hit tracks that made his go head over heels in love with him. Since then, there is no looking back, he dropped many tracks and albums in a sequence, and all his work is been liked by the audience. Zulu Boy has been associated with several notable artists of the industry such as PRO, Zakwe, Young Nations, Dome, and many more. He has also collaborated with many renowned record labels such as Universal Music Group, Gallo Record Company, CCP Record Company, Native Rhythms. Zulu Boy had a successful career as an actor and television host from the year 2012 till 2016. Songs, Albums, and Accolades Zulu Boy’s breakthrough song was Nomalanga from the album Inqolobane, which was released in the year 2008, and he went on to win the Best Rapper Award at the Metro FM awards for the same. He has also worked as a Dj on the largest radio station in South Africa i.e. “Ukhozi FM”. Eventually, he hosted the SABC variety show for four seasons.
