Horror My Friend were previously signed to Poison City Records, where they released two albums which garnered international support, 'Stay in, Do Nothing' and 'Home Life'. 'Devotion' is the first single to be released on [PIAS] AU and taken from their upcoming album (TBA), born from heavy reverb and a near two-year break in releases. It touches on the general misogynistic culture and disregarding of women within various circles in their hometown of Adelaide (South Australia). The band are exploring their sound like never before, stepping outside the genre of rock and diving into the repetitive and listener-hooking nature of electronic music.
