Aero Chord

Unbeknownst to the world, Aero Chord is a project that has been 8 years in the making. Born from the insatiable desire to constantly explore and create fresh new content, Aero Chord is the brainchild of Greece’s Alex Vlastaras. It took Alex nearly 7 years to fine tune his craft until he finally felt ready to share his music with the rest of the world. Aero Chord’s meteoric rise, while seemingly coming out of nowhere, is no product of sheer luck, but comprised of a series of carefully calculated moves and opportunities. Much of his early days as Aero Chord were spent in the Tastycat plug.dj room, interacting with Monstercat family members, and music lovers from around the world. He used the platform as a way to test his new productions on the masses, something he had not done in the past. Being a Monstercat fan, he decided to enter the “Televisor - Old Skool” Remix contest. Although his submission was the runner up, he successfully caught the eye of the label. Over the past 9 months since the his first release on the Monstercat imprint, Aero Chord has kept very busy. After putting out a slew of independent releases such as BLVDE, releasing content with lucrative tastemakers Trap & Bass, and receiving support from famed Youtuber KSI, it was only natural for Aero Chord to return to Monstercat with his most successful release to date, “Surface”. With a long awaited entrance to the center stage, it’s surely going to be a long time before Aero Chord gives up the limelight.
