No Mondays

One afternoon somewhere in the beginning of 2013 two friends decided to join forces, both DJ and producer, both sharing great passion for music. No Mondays was born! Stefan Broekman & Joris Mur, now No Mondays, started developing their own sound really quickly with their first single “Double Kill” and gaining some good support from the likes of Ummet Ozcan and Jacob Van Hage. But they were not the only ones to recognize the true No Mondays sound, big record label Spinnin Records soon followed to offer them a publishing deal with Music All Stars publishing, which the boys gladly accepted. Soon followed more tracks, like T.G.I.F a collaboration with talented singer/songwriter John Harris which also gained support from Ummet Ozcan and Martin Garrix. In 2015 they signed their record ‘Katana’ to Nicky Romero’s Protocol Recordings which was very well received and brought them their first chart positions. In Sept 2015 their track ‘Let it be you’, featuring the singer Monstère, was released on Hardwell’s Revealed label and landed the Beatport top 10 in only 2 weeks time. With quite an impressive support list filled with established Dj/producer names like Hardwell, Headhunterz, VINAI, Ummet Ozcan, Danny Avilla and many more, things couldn’t be any better. Early 2016 they were on the radar of Afrojack who immediately signed their track Pyro, which is a collab with Asonn. Pyro was supported by the likes of Martin Garrix, Afrojack, Chuckie, Ummet Ozcan and many more international tastemakers. No Mondays, now firmly on the scope of the global, ever-expanding electronic music scene, have developed a true signature sound and are continuously working on improving themselves. With some promising releases scheduled and invitations from international clubs and festivals the future looks bright!
