15 Followers何柏诚，华语音乐制作人、身兼作词作曲编曲与制作于一身的音乐人。代表作品有《kisskisskiss》《KIMOJI》《流星》《私人时间》《小宝贝》。 2009年以组合“拾音社”出道，所有专辑制作全权一手包办。音乐风格多变多样，制作电子音乐(EDM)更为擅长。2016年12月正式发行个人的首张个人EP《流星EP》作为制作人歌手出道。 多年来被众多歌手和制作方邀约创作，曾为欧豪打造《SUPERLIAR》;也为马剑越所属女子团体1931，提供了7首作品。2017年也凭一己之力接下并顺利完成大型音乐剧《木偶奇遇记》的40多首原创配乐和主题曲作品。
