MC The Max的前身为四人乐队Moonchild，虽然他们当初以(Moonchild)乐队的身份推出Techno音乐，但后来E-soo、J.Yoon与全民赫三人再组成三人组合MC The Max发表摇滚作品，后来他们更与日本著名乐队X-japan 的鼓手Yoshiki在韩国的公司签约，他们首张专辑的主打歌「暂时的别离」是X-Japan的名曲「Tears」的Re-make Version。直到第二专辑，MC The Max又以一首「恋爱的诗歌」唱到街知巷闻。零四年，MC The Max推出第三专辑，主打歌「不要幸福」也成为热播作品。
