王为念，人称王导，导演。生于1959年5月1日。人比较低调，网上关于他的信息很少，在北京电视台的节目可以经常看见他。创意坊总裁，中国资深电视人，涉足的艺术领域包括电影、电视、导演、策划、MV制作、编舞、表演、主持等。 14岁，考入戏校，从事戏曲表演。后和山西电视台合作，逐步进入电视圈，后在山西导演举办全国首个户外娱乐节目“农民趣味大赛”一炮走红。
