阿普萨萨，云南省怒江人。独龙族唯一的专业音乐人。曾进修于上海音乐学院。怒江州音乐协会秘书长。云南省第四届青年歌手铜奖和首届本土歌曲大赛金奖得主。在江西卫视2012《中国红歌会》年度总决赛上，阿普萨萨勇夺年度总冠军，并与王芳、王新鹏一同被红歌会节目方推送到中央电视台直通春晚。12月2日晚CCTV《直通春晚》十强争夺战第一场中成功晋级，紧接平安成为第二个晋级十强的选手。
