B.A.D.由三位平均21岁的男生Ben、Alex、Danny所组成的男孩团体。三人是因为在美国洛杉矶参加歌唱比赛而结缘，因为理想相同私下很谈得来，所以起了组团的念头，1998年的春天开始了他们的合作。同年他们在因缘际会之下，透过朋友介绍认识了圈内知名经纪人刘玮慈，刘玮慈非常看好三人在歌坛发展的潜力，于是将他们从美国带回台湾，于2000年和EMI合作，往亚洲华语乐坛正式进军。
