薛凯琪（Fiona，1981年8月11日-），香港小天后、著名歌手、演员，毕业于香港城市大学。2003年薛凯琪在舅父的安排下进行试音顺利地与华纳唱片签约并加入华纳唱片，以此进入娱乐圈。2004年发行第一张个人唱片《F Debut》一炮而红，以新人身分横扫各大颁奖礼。2005年首次进军影圈，取得不俗的成绩。2012年举办首个红馆个人演唱会《Filicious Fiona in Concert 2012》，同年终止与华纳唱片公司续约加盟黄柏高旗下太阳娱乐文化，而唱片合约则交由星娱乐负责发行。
