宋承炫（朝鲜语：송승현，英语：Song Seung Hyun ，1992年8月21日－），韩国五人男子乐团FTIsland成员，担任副主唱、吉他手及Rapper。2009年2月11日正式加入FTIsland替补荣誉团员吴元斌的职位。宋承炫的弟弟宋世炫也是FNC旗下艺人。
