古巨基(Leo Ku)，香港著名歌手、演员、主持人。91年考入无线艺员训练班，早年曾担任无线电视娱乐新闻节目《娱乐新闻眼》与音乐节目《劲歌金曲》节目主持。1994年推出第一张专辑《爱的解释》正式进军乐坛，成为历史上第一个囊括四大颁奖礼全部男新人金奖的歌手，1997年即获得叱咤男歌手银奖，在四大天王垄断时期的HK乐坛占有一席之地。2001年在凭《情深深雨蒙蒙》中的“何书桓”一角在内地走红，03年重返HK乐坛，于2004年首夺叱咤男歌手金奖。2005年被评为香港十大杰出青年，08年夏季奥林匹克运动会担任香港区火炬接力第八棒火炬手。2008年至2011年连续四届获得香港十大劲歌金曲最受欢迎男歌手。
